Orders
When you are on our site, you can activate payment of purchase orders by succesively clicking. This electronic signature means that your order has been accepted.

Prices
Our prices are shown inclusive of tax, in French Francs. For EU countries, there is no import tax.

Payment
A paid invoice will be enclosed with the delivery of goods.
All sales are carried out subject to French law and come under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergerac, France.

Retraction
In order to benefit from the right of retraction, all you need to do is to send an e-mail to contact@chateau-rudelle.com stating your purchase order number. This right is valid up to the time when the goods are sent.

Shipment
Château Rudelle will ship your orders within 5 working days at the latest.
Our wines are packaged in cartons of six 75-cl bottles.
Deliveries are carried out from the property.
Each order is deliverable to a single and same address.
Deliveries to EU countries only.

Information
Any information which we may request from you is simply to facilitate orders.
We can forward such information to you, modify or destroy it on simple request.
